Account Manager – Fantastic Global Business – Field based – South Oxfordshire
Salary £28K – £30Kp.a. Basic OTE £45-£55K. Car, great pension and company benefits
This role requires someone who loves a great balance of new business development and account management with a 50/50 split, developing relationships at senior levels in order to understand their customers’ requirement and then deliver excellent solutions.
This is a global business where the focus is all about working out solutions and giving clients the best possible level of service. They are also a really nice bunch of people to work for too – which is always a good thing!
You’ll have a great team around you and a real opportunity to progress as this position has been created due to an internal promotion. This business is super-keen to develop their people and give them the chance to continue developing their career
You will need:
- Experience of managing existing accounts
- A demonstrable background achieving new business in a B2B environment
- Ideally already have some field sales experience, but strong telesales ready to move to the next level is great too.
- A strategic approach to sales by understanding a solution sell
- A flexible and collaborative style – being able to self-manage is key
- To be someone who can get things done and make things happen – a ‘we can do it’ attitude is vital
- A strong commercial background, and a determined style
